No. Guests open the couple’s private link or scan a QR code and contribute through their phone’s web browser.
Do guests need a VowCapture account?＋
No guest account is required. The couple creates the wedding, then guests use the private invitation to add photos. Privacy-safe video support is coming later.
Who can see the wedding photos?＋
The wedding host controls invitations, moderation, and when the shared story is revealed. Wedding pages are private and are not publicly browsable.
What happens if the venue has poor internet?＋
VowCapture saves each capture on the guest’s device first and keeps a resumable upload queue, so an interrupted connection does not immediately lose the memory.
Can the couple review photos before sharing them?＋
Yes. Hosts can moderate contributions and choose live, approved-only, hidden, or scheduled reveal settings for the wedding story.
